PUNCH OUT & PROFESSIONAL FINISHING
Punch List, Touch Ups and interior finishing for residential and commercial projects in Miami-Dade, including Miami and Miami Beach.
TAVI LLC completes outstanding Punch List items, corrects finish details and prepares interior spaces for turnover.
We work with General Contractors, developers, property managers, homeowners and commercial clients.
We evaluate each project's scope and site conditions and provide a written estimate.

- We perform supervised work, with photo documentation when appropriate and authorized.
- We coordinate the review of each completed unit or phase against the agreed deliverables.
- For larger projects, we establish execution phases, deliverables and payment terms in writing before work begins.
We do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC or structural work.
