What work is outside TAVI's scope?
We focus on interior repairs, installations and finishing. We do not perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural or framing work, permits, inspections, tile, stone, countertops, backsplashes or exterior doors. If your request calls for one of these, we'll tell you when we review it, before scheduling a visit.

TAVI LLC provides interior repairs, maintenance, painting and installation for homes, properties and businesses in Miami-Dade and Miami Beach. Services include interior doors, cabinets, vinyl and laminate flooring, baseboards, drywall, accessories and Punch Out. TAVI also offers custom design and technical development of displays, retail fixtures, trade show booths and scenic sets.

Do I need to buy TAVI products to hire an installation service?
No. You can hire TAVI to install materials bought from another supplier. Send product details, dimensions and photos of the space so we can review the installation.
Does TAVI design displays, booths and retail fixtures?
Yes. TAVI offers custom design and technical development of displays, counters, islands, trade show booths, retail fixtures and scenic sets. Deliverables may include concepts, renderings and drawings for fabrication by others, as agreed in the scope. Share dimensions, the intended use, references and your project date so we can define the scope.
Were all gallery projects completed in Miami?
No. The design and development section presents projects designed and produced by Jorge Fanis and his team throughout his career. Images are identified as renders or completed projects; they do not all represent TAVI LLC jobs in Miami.
