TAVI provides interior finishing, handyman services, installations, property maintenance and supervised Punch Out work in Miami-Dade and Miami Beach. We also offer design and technical development for commercial furniture, displays and scenic sets. We work with homeowners, property managers, condominium associations, businesses and general contractors.
How TAVI works
Direct communication and organized execution.
We listen to what you need to repair, maintain or refresh your spaces. We plan the tasks, coordinate access and stay in direct contact throughout the work.
Our interior services include painting, drywall repairs, Touch Ups, LVP and laminate flooring, interior doors, baseboards, casing, cabinet installation and RTA assembly, shelving, TV and accessory mounting, and commercial furniture installation. We prepare units for occupancy or turnover and complete Punch List items in coordination with the GC or superintendent.
In design and development, we work on commercial furniture and displays, stands and scenic sets, including technical drawings and details for fabrication.

From the first concept to the completed space.
TAVI’s design practice draws on the career of its founder, Jorge Fanis. Together with his team, Jorge has designed, produced and installed retail furniture, product displays, trade show booths and television sets. His experience ranges from display pieces to retail improvement and merchandising projects, bringing together furniture, product presentation and scenic lighting.
Jorge’s career includes projects for GE, Philips, Sony, 3M, Porto Seguro, Nilecor, Tenfield, VTV, TNU, Canal 10 and Canal U. His experience includes projects developed from the initial concept through production and installation, as part of Jorge and his team’s professional portfolio.
That hands-on experience now informs TAVI’s design and technical development service: proposals that consider how a piece will be built, assembled and used, with attention to proportions, materials, lighting and finish details.
